Liney Kristinsdottir, the sole owner of LinEy, the Tailoring and Fashion Design of Iceland,

studied tailoring at the Icelandic Collage of Crafts in the years of 1984-1987.

She worked for some of Icelands biggest sewing companies in the early years of her career.

From the year of 1991 to the late summer of 1998 she lived in the state of New Mexico in the United States

and there she became known for her line of vests for women

and other popular lines and custom work.

Today, she has her studio in her own, old, former farmhouse,

now well centerd in the capital city of Reykjavik,

the most northern capital of the world.

She does a lot of personal custom work for indivituals

and groups, as well as lines of LinEy wear and accessories.

The motto of LinEy; Wear to Feel Great is a promise of an extra effort.
